L’album è una sintesi acustica delle ore di veglia di un giorno qualunque del protagonista, Stefano, piccolo borghese della pianura padana, il quale, nelle sequenze dell’album, viene messo a nudo attraverso i suoni e rumori che produce, che subisce dall’ambiente circostante, o che elabora nel proprio inconscio. E’ un viaggio fisico e metafisico nella vita e nella coscienza di un individuo solo ed alienato dalla routine sullo sfondo del quale però si staglia la vibrante consapevolezza della propria libertà ed integrità.

The album is an acoustic synthesis of the waking hours of any day of the protagonist, Stefano, a petty bourgeois from the Po Valley, who, in the sequences of the album, is exposed through the sounds and noises he produces, which he suffers from the surrounding environment, or that it processes in its own unconscious. It is a physical and metaphysical journey into the life and conscience of an individual who is alone and alienated from routine, against the background of which, however, the vibrant awareness of his own freedom and independence stands out.
